1. Service Description

MyDummyTicket provides flight reservation documents ("dummy tickets") for:

• Visa applications requiring proof of travel plans
• Proof of onward travel for immigration purposes
• Travel planning and itinerary confirmation

Important: Our documents are NOT actual flight tickets and cannot be used for boarding aircraft. They are reservation confirmations only.

• Before delivery: Full refund available if requested within 1 hour of payment
• After delivery: Refunds considered case-by-case for technical issues or document errors
• Visa rejection: We cannot refund if your visa is rejected, as embassy decisions are beyond our control
• Processing time: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information (name, passport details, travel dates)
• Use documents only for their intended purpose (visa applications, proof of travel)
• Not misrepresent documents as actual flight tickets
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Delivery time: Standard tickets within 30 minutes, Verifiable PNR within 2-4 hours
• Format: PDF document sent to your email
• Support: Available via email at support@mydummyticket.com
• Modifications: One free modification within 24 hours of purchase

6. Limitation of Liability

MyDummyTicket is not liable for:

• Visa application outcomes (approvals or rejections)
• Immigration decisions
• Any indirect damages arising from use of our service
• Third-party airline or booking system issues
